Our Vision
At Breakout Art Movement, we believe that creativity and critical thinking are the keys to unlocking a better world. Our vision is to build a Creative Hub that ignites the imagination and transforms lives through poetry and art-based events, workshops, and partnerships. We envision a future where our programming is a force for good in diverse communities and schools throughout NEPA, inspiring and empowering youth to be change makers and leaders in their own right. We are dedicated to nurturing a vibrant and inclusive arts community that fosters innovation, connection, and social impact through creative projects and initiatives. Together, we can break out of expectations every day and build a brighter, more creative future for all.
A Word from the Creator
Raised in NYC foster care, I found solace in art and poetry from a young age. Breakout Art began in high school, evolving into a mission to promote creativity and unity. Now in Wilkes-Barre, PA, I aim to bridge diverse communities through art, love, and creative projects. My vision? A vibrant hub offering workshops, community projects, and healing through creative expression.
